Interviewing experienced candidates for the following positions:
Third Grade Engineer – Fort Bend, Clear Lake, Memorial Village locations
Requires a high school diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in a similar
environment. Third Grade Stationary license status from the City of Houston. Must be
attained within one year of eligibility. Eligibility is NOT defined by hire date.
Maintenance Technician – Main Campus, Clear Lake, Pearland locations
Requires a high school diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in commercial or
medical office building maintenance and repair.
Facilities Chief Engineer- Clear Lake location
Requires a 2-year degree from a college or trade school equivalent in-depth
specialized training program that is related to centralized building mechanical
operating systems. Military experience with large HVAC Chillers and Boiler Systems
is applicable in lieu of a degree may be considered. 5+ years of experience in a
similar environment as a supervisor managing 2-3 building engineering shifts. 1st
Grade Stationary Engineer Boiler License.
