Requires a high school diploma/GED, 5 years of experience in commercial or medical office
building maintenance and repair, and HVAC (trade school training/certifications are preferred).
Third Grade Stationary Engineers
$2,500 Sign-on Bonus!
Requires a high school diploma/GED, 5 years of experience in a similar environment that
demonstrates your expertise and City of Houston Third Grade Stationary license.
Facility Chief, First Grade Engineer
$2,500 Sign-on Bonus!
Requires a two-year degree from a college, university, or trade school equivalent (military
experience with large central plant operations in place of degree); 5+ years of experience in
a similar environment as a supervisor managing 2-3 building engineering shifts; a City of
Houston First Grade Stationary Engineer Boiler License; and Building Automated Systems
(BAS) experience.
