The SCM Support Specialist for Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Purchasing Department is responsible for reconciling all receiving paperwork to purchase orders and resolving any receiving problems with vendors and clinic departments. Processes all returns with vendors. Coordinates and resolves problems with Accounts Payable. Processes and sorts all inbound and outbound mail for the Kelsey-Seybold Administration Building.

 

Supply Chain Support Specialist

Location: Pearland Administrative Office

Department: Supply Chain

Job Type:  Full Time

Salary Range: $37,668.80 to  $46,529.60 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc)

  

Qualifications:

 

Education

 

Required: High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution 

 

Preferred: Accounts Payable background a plus.

 

Experience

 

Required: 3-5 years Material Management and receiving experience.

 

Preferred: Materials Management and receiving experience utilizing an ERP system.

 

Special Skills

 

Required: Need good record-keeping, organization and Microsoft Office skills. Customer service skills.

 

Preferred: Previous Lawson Procurement System a plus. Knowledge of Windows 7

 

Other

 

Required: Must have excellent organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred: N/A
