Responsibilities 

Under the oversight of the Laboratory Ancillary Support Manager, the Laboratory Ancillary Support Supervisor will supervise the day-to-day operations of the specimen collection and processing for the KSC Home Draw Program.  The Ancillary Support Supervisor will serve as ongoing liaison between all 3rd party vendors.  The Ancillary Support Supervisor will also provide administrative support to ensure the highest level of customer services is provided within the Laboratory Services Department which includes problem initiation, investigation, and resolution.

Salary Range: $76,505- $94,496 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Education 

 
Required: Bachelor’s degree

Experience 

 
Required:  

5 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in clinical laboratory setting or laboratory business setting in a customer service function 

OR 

2 years KSC experience as a Laboratory Services Supervisor.

Required: Valid driver’s license

Special Skills 

 
Required:   

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills 
  • Preparation and analysis of quarterly and monthly reports 
  • Knowledgeable of waived and PPM tests performance and quality control/ proficiency testing and monitoring 
  • Working knowledge of CRM database tools (Preferably Salesforce) and are experienced in the sales process.
