The Senior Tapestry Configuration Analyst will work with leadership and peers within Physcians Group of Texas (PGT), Kelsey-Seybold, and affiliated partners to support technical applications development and maintenance, providing overall consistency in application deliverables and overseeing the testing and training efforts for the team. S/he offers subject matter expertise in the Epic Tapestry and Epic Benefits Engine module to the team for improved and efficient build, using analytical skills to provide quality control for Tapestry and Benefit build. S/he may be responsible for maintenance, training and support as directed by management including maintenance of process documents for the PGT application team. S/he monitors system issues, uses analytical skills to troubleshoot issues including end user difficulties.

Salary Range: $83,907.20 to $125,840.00 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred) or equivalent experience
Preferred: Master’s degree
Experience
Required: 4 years of technical experience with healthcare applications, system design, configuration, or support, preferably with health plan applications. Demonstrated knowledge of claims processing and benefit plan build/configuration.
Preferred: Experience supporting ACO, CIN, population health, value-based healthcare, or health plan related applications. Experience supporting claims payment applications; Epic Tapestry experience preferred. Demonstrated history of excellent facilitation and influence skills, work with stakeholders at all levels. Build trust and respect with key stakeholders.

Required: Epic Tapestry Certification. Epic Benefits Certification .
Special Skills
Required: Strong ability to translate administrative and operating requirements specific to EPIC Tapestry System and EPIC Benefits Engine into clear, specific actionable system configurations and the ability to implement those configurations. Ability to test, train and audit Provider, Vendor Contract and Benefit system configurations to assure functional accuracy. Software Development Cycle including development project management.
Preferred: Strong analytical and reporting skills. Able to influence results without direct authority in a matrixed environment and with both internal and external stakeholders including vendors. Proficient in MS Office Suite including Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Required: Excellent written and verbal skills, able to read and interpret industry documents. Flexible, customer-service oriented, and able to work within tight deadlines. Supports individuals and teams, able to train other staff on Tapestry and Benefits configuration.
