The Senior Product Owner is the visionary for analytics products and drives product value. With significant influence over internal processes the SPO works to establish a culture of data literacy and agility through expert knowledge, education, and leadership. The SPO role is a technical role and the right candidate has exceptional experience in working with technical and business personnel and knows the ins and outs of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, software development/design, and IT infrastructure. The SPO works with senior leaders and prospective users to understand and anticipate their needs, uses data to optimize and refine the product vision, translates needs into product requirements, creates/manages a road map for the product vision, develops user stories, and continuously refines the product backlog through regularly liasing with the product team and end-users/stakeholders. The SPO champions data literacy across the organization and with external stakeholders.

Salary Range: $97.760.00 to $120,640.00 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in a technical area or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Advanced degree preferred.
Experience
Required: Minimum of four years experience as a Product Owner using an agile framework (Srum or Kanban) • Experience leading analytics/BI projects • Experience with data warehouses • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc).
Preferred: Experience in value-based healthcare is a major plus. Experience with medical or pharmacy claims data is a major plus. Previous experience and/or exposure to Epic Systems is a plus. Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience is a plus.
License(s)
Preferred: Cerified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Certified SAFe Product Owner, or related certification.
Special Skills
Required: Exceptional business acumen, communication (oral and written), facilitation, and leadership skills. Expert at collaboration tools, such as Teams, Jira, Confluence, etc.
Preferred: Technical knowledge in several Microsoft BI tools: PowerBI. MS SQL Database Services /. Transact-SQL (T-SQL). MS SQL Analysis Services (SSAS). MS SQL Reporting Services (SSRS). MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Version Contol (Git). Azure DevOps or GitHub.
