Responsibilities:
As a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist, you will lead the execution of communication and engagement efforts for key change initiatives within Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. You will provide crucial communication and engagement expertise to Kelsey-Seybold to ensure all stakeholders have the awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement necessary for sustainable change. Moreover, you will work with all levels of the organization to plan and produce compelling change communication materials, engagement activities and results tracking, working in close collaboration with key departments such as HR, Training, PMO, Strategic Planning and Operations.

Salary Range: $81,765 – $101,005 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or Marketing/Communications
Experience
Required: 5 years progressive experience in organizational change management, marketing communications, project management and/or organizational development
Preferred: Experience working within a marketing communications agency or in-house marketing communications team
Experience working within an Organizational Change Management (OCM) team.

Required:
Experience planning and producing compelling communication materials
Skilled writer with experience writing for varied audiences
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent project management skills to ensure in-scope, timely, on-budget completion
Experience working with design teams and print vendors
Experience planning and executing event logistics
Preferred:
Experience designing impactful materials in Canva and PowerPoint
Experience producing short videos in PowToon or other cloud-based video editing platforms
