This position is responsible for negotiation and contracting of, large physician groups, including Clinically Integrated Systems, hospitals (large independent hospital systems, integrated & non-integrated), and ancillary facilities to include value based contracting, etc.

Salary Range: $56,160 – $117,749 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Required: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
Preferred: Sound budgeting and financial management skills
5 years of hospital or Clinically Integrated System contracting experience OR Master’s degree and 3 years contracting experience OR 8 years business experience including 4 years provider contracting experience. Contracting experience involves negotiating reimbursements, contract language, alternative payment model and rates.
Preferred: Excellent analytic and financial skills
Required: Expert level knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies such as Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS), DRGs, OPPS. Ambulatory Surgery Center Groupers, Performance Based Contracting, Capitation, Bundle Payment, and other alternative payment programs. Excellent communication/presentation skills with both internal and external audiences.
