Responsibilities
The Managed Care Financial Analyst will play a critical role in partnering with Kelsey’s managed care leaders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, generate Lines of Business and Contract Level analyses, and deliver monthly robust reporting and analytics. Responsibilities include financial reporting with robust analytics, data consolidations and manipulation for capitated business lines, budgeting, forecasting, presenting financial results, and process improvements.

Salary Range: $90,219 – $120,099 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Education
Required: Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Experience
Required: Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles within a growing healthcare organization
Preferred: At least 1 year working within a managed care organization or setting.

Proven problem-solving ability; comfortable analyzing large data sets
Comfortable developing and working on Financial Reporting process with a focus on continuous improvement

Exhibit strong personal accountability & attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing, and often ambiguous environment: effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
Proven ability to drive financial analysis to support business optimization and forecasting accuracy
Advance Proficiency with Excel
Basic Proficiency with SQL (ability to write queries to access and modify datasets)
