The purpose of the Sr. Financial Analyst position is to perform high-level financial and operational analysis that will facilitate the organization
decision process to improve different areas of support by compiling, analyzing, researching and resolving budget issues to ensure accuracy.
This includes financial analysis, strategic planning, profitability analysis, feasibility studies/financial justifications, budget planning
assistance, process improvement analysis, variance analysis and other special projects that may affect the future of the Clinic.

Location:  Pearland Administrative Office

Department:  Business Planning & Analysis

Job Type:  Full Time

Salary Range:  $69,205.60 to $90,832.35 (Salary determined by applicable experience)

 

Qualifications

 

Education

 

Required: BBA – Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.

Preferred: MBA, MHA

 

Experience

 

Required: 5 Years in Finance and 3-5 years of experience in the Healthcare field.

                

Special Skills

 

Required: Proficient in Excel, Access and Lawson 

Preferred: Power Point and Crystal Reports

 

Other

 

Required: Strong analytical skills; strong organizational skills and time management skills; proven ability to work in fast paced deadline-oriented environment; good communication skills.
