Responsibilities

Strategic role designed to act as extension of Sr. Director of Sales Operations, setting strategy and execution plans for sales improvement programs, as well as review and optimize the sales operating model, sales capacity model, and “Go-to-Market” strategy.

The ongoing responsibilities for this role are:

Lead and execute the data analysis and KPI reporting for all ongoing and future Sales Ops Strategic Initiatives including pipeline management, sales forecasting, segmentation, and territory design

Ensure successful delivery of initiatives including stepping in to fill any functional gaps across both quantitative and qualitative needs

Develop and maintain standard sales reporting packages aligned to KCA & KC sales management system, in partnership with Sr. Director of Sales Operations and SVP of Sales

Establish standard dashboards and executive reporting packages to provide real-time data evaluating performance relative to target and prior year across all dimensions of sales activity such as geo, industry, product, etc.

Partner with sales, marketing, enrollment, and BI to establish ‘single pane of glass’ view into performance of the KCA & KC sales teams, as well as complete lead flow journey (i.e., MQL-SQL-Members)

Support BAU and ad hoc analyses, reporting, and presentations for Sales Leadership (including the weekly sales & marketing meetings)

Build a foundation for and develop predictive analytics functionality with the focus on producing dependable and accurate sales forecast on (daily forecasts for KCA and monthly for KC)

Partner with related functions within BI, finance, and marketing teams to ensure appropriate tracking, reporting, and management to key performance indicators

Support Sales Enablement initiatives aimed at increasing internal and external front-line Sales team productivity (e.g., broker partnerships for both KCA & KC, sales collateral, presentation templates)

Partner with Sales leadership to create and modify incentive plans and assess their performance in terms of sales productivity and CCOSJob

Salary Range: $107,931- $133,328 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

 

Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or another relevant field

Experience

Required: 3-5 years working experience; 2-3 years’ experience in insurance industry Revenue Operations (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops)

License(s)

Required: N/A

Preferred: Licensed in Life and Health insurances

Special Skills

Required: Strong analytical problem-solving skills and high attention to detail. Dependable and results-oriented with the ability to be deep in the details but articulate the overarching themes and strategies across different audiences. High level of proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred: Experience with or interest in becoming an advanced user of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).

Other:

Required: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Demonstrated public speaking and presentation skills.

Preferred: Capable of managing a variety of complex

issues while driving momentum of key projects. Strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills.
