Responsibilities
To assist director, supervisor in the organization and daily function of the endoscopy area in accordance with established federal, state, and accreditation standards, regulations and Center policies and procedures. To assist the supervisor in overseeing patient care activities in the operating room. To assist Endoscopy Room Technicians and Physicians in direct patient care. To maintain a high standard of safety for the patient and staff members. Patient liaison for care rendered. Monitor stock levels, outdated supplies and equipment needs and report to Material Management Coordinator or Director. Serve as a role model and leader for technicians and orderlies.

Salary Range: $78,458 – $96,928 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: RN required education
Preferred: BSN preferred
Experience
Required: Critical Care experience including knowledge of airway management
Preferred: Endoscopy experience preferred
Ambulatory Surgery Center setting
License(s)
Required: RN license
Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
Or
ACLS or PALS issued by the American Heart Association
Preferred: Specialty certified : Endoscopy
Special Skills
Required: Basic computer skills
Preferred: N/A
Other
Required: Clear communication skills, willing to learn if no previous Endoscopy experience
Preferred: N/A
