Regional FP&A Manager will play a critical role in partnering with clinic operation and corporate leadership to develop quarterly and annual dynamic. Establish relationships and partner with various leaders to build strategic financial analysis and KPIs, deliver monthly robust reporting and analytics to further evaluate business strategy and support organizational growth. This individual should be comfortable communicating to all levels of the organization and able to develop positive relationships in order gather information and influence decision making.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a team player, a confident business partner with strong analytical skills that is capable of driving action across multiple specialties. This person is comfortable operating at all levels, with eyes on the strategic big picture, while skillfully managing the financial details.

Salary Range: $107,931.20 – $133,328.00 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Required: BBA – Accounting/Finance
Preferred: MBA, MHA strongly preferred
Required: 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A
Preferred: Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience
Required: Advanced Excel, Power Point, SQL, Power BI, Access, Oracle, EPIC
Required: Strong Analytical, and business partnership skills
Working Environment: Office
