The Provider Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist is a resourceful individual with intellectual curiosity and drive who will proactively identify talent through creative online sourcing while working closely with the employee and provider recruitment teams to understand gaps and needs of challenging departments. Manages and creates social media platforms for KSC recruitment. Actively involved in job fairs and community projects geared towards attracting top talent. The primary focus of the role will be to identify skilled, hard to fill positions. Identifies and engages passive and active candidates through various methodologies including but not limited to social media networking, complex internet searches, professional organizations, alumni associations, job postings campaigns, and resume databases. Works on special projects and other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $75,005 – $92,643 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field. May substitute years of experience for 1:1 ratio.
Required: 4 years of strategic marketing experience
Preferred: Residency, Fellowship campus recruiting experience
Preferred: People Sourcing Certification, CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR, ECRE, PRC, TSI certification strongly preferred
Required: Manage and maintain expert knowledge and proven track record tapping traditional and non-traditional online data sources such as job boards, internal databases (ATS/CRM), employee referrals, search engine syntax for at least three search engines, social networking tools like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Ability to be a self-starter and recommend process improvement.
