Supports Project Director in the management and oversight of the design and construction of new construction projects and renovation of existing facilities ensuring that Kelsey’s facilities are designed in accordance with Kelsey’s standards and local ordinances and codes and delivered on-time and on-budget.

Attends OAC meetings and tracks design and construction process and tracks milestones for each project. Coordinates programming and design meetings, and review of plans at all phases including milestones, quality control and risk identification. Ensures changes are reviewed and approved by upper management. Prepares paperwork for PCRA/ILSM reviews.

Facilitates communication and coordination between the various internal departments and acts as the liaison between internal
departments, architects and contractors to ensure that Kelsey’s objectives are identified and fulfilled. Coordinates between
Kelsey’s project stakeholders, architects, contractors and vendors for installations and deliveries required for the activation of facilities.

Provides document control for multiple projects and management of MS Teams site for facilitation of communication between stakeholders. Provides biweekly project updates.

Salary Range: $80,706.40-$117,739.65

(Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

 

Qualifications

 

Education

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Construction
Management, Architecture, Design, or
Engineering

 

Preferred: Project management within healthcare industry with multiple concurrent projects.

 

Experience

Required:

 

2-4 Years in Architectural Design, Engineering and or Commercial Construction

 

Preferred: Excellent communication skills. Able to foster a sense of team spirit within different departments. Ability to deliver concise, to-the-point information in a timely fashion

 

License(s)

Required: None required.

 

Preferred: Working towards PMI certification, Engineering or architectural license

 

 

Special Skills

Required: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Teams 

 

Preferred: Project Management, Construction Administration

 

Other

Required: Other project management software

 

Preferred: Excellent organizational skills. Knows what to prioritize with a particular project, and able to focus on important matters first.
