Responsibilities:

Assists in the design and implementation of programs for leadership development, performance management, employee engagement and training initiatives in support of organizational goals. Under the supervision of the Manager, Training & Development, the successful candidate will help align department objectives, coach employees and leaders, and enhance organizational performance. The goal is to support and facilitate the organizational changes required to achieve strategic goals, including achieving customer focus and superior business results. Additionally, they will be responsible for demonstrating effective needs analysis, project management, instructional material development, and evaluation skills to determine the needs of the business and implement organizational development solutions.

Salary Range: $75,005 – $92,643 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required:  Master’s degree in health-related field or MBA

Preferred:  Registered Nurse

Experience

Required: 10 years health care experience; 5 years QI experience in health care; Management or supervisory experience

Preferred: 5 years clinical nursing experience; 5 years outpatient clinical experience

License(s)

Required:  CPHQ Certification

Preferred:  

Special Skills

Required:  High degree of knowledge in data analysis, applicable quality and efficiency metrics in an outpatient setting, and NCQA/AAAHC/regulatory standards

Preferred:  N/A

Other

Required:  Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills; Microsoft excel and PowerPoint skills; mastery of public speaking; conflict resolution skills; ability to calculate and analyze complex health statistics and report in a simple, understandable manner; attention to detail and follow-up; skill at managing people and other resources; and budgetary management. Must be able to independently problem solve and implement effective solutions in an outpatient setting.
