Responsibilities

Assists in the design and implementation of programs for leadership development, performance management, employee engagement and training initiatives in support of organizational goals. Under the supervision of the Manager, Training & Development, the successful candidate will help align department objectives, coach employees and leaders, and enhance organizational performance.  The goal is to support and facilitate the organizational changes required to achieve strategic goals, including achieving customer focus and superior business results.  Additionally, they will be responsible for demonstrating effective needs analysis, project management, instructional material development, and evaluation skills to determine the needs of the business and implement organizational development solutions.

 

Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist – Training

Clinic Location: Pearland Administrative Office

Department: Training

Job Type: Full Time 

Salary Range: $76,505 – $94,496  (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

 

Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Education or a related area

Preferred: N/A

Experience

Required: 5 years training or organizational development experience

Preferred: Previous healthcare experience

NEO facilitation at the Vintage Location and the expectation to drive to locations at 7:30 a.m. or as needed to other clinic locations to facilitate team building or leadership training.

Coaching experience, preferably leadership coaching, mentoring, or behavioral coaching experience is preferred.

Required: Valid driver’s license

Special Skills

Required: High degree of knowledge in Microsoft Office Products and experience with facilitating courses such as New Employee Orientation, business acumen, customer services, manager skills / leadership development. Experience with learning management systems.

Required: Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills;; mastery of public speaking; conflict resolution skills; attention to detail and follow-up; skill at managing people and other resources;.  Must be able to independently problem solve and implement effective solutions

Preferred: Collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows; create, maintain, and update system guides based on process changes; proactively communicate changes
