Responsibilities
The Marketing Analyst at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, will work on the analyzation and reporting of various sources of marketing metrics including web traffic, emails, social media, direct mail, Google My Business data, and paid search ads to be presented within Microsoft Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel. This will involve technical expertise and knowledge of data visualization tools and some programming languages like SQL and DAX.
This role will be involved in the preparation of data that will be imported into Microsoft Power BI for further analysis and visualization. The role requires interaction with employees throughout the organization to align efforts and develop key insights from large amounts of data across operations, marketing, and clinical systems. This job supports Kelsey-Seybold’s three main brands, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, KelseyCare, and KelseyCare Advantage.
It is required analytical mindset, the ability to recognize anomalies in data, understand marketing strategies, and have a genuine interest in problem solving.

Salary Range: $63,107 – $77,938 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field
Experience
Required: 3+ Years in marketing or data analysis
Preferred: 5-7 years in marketing or data analysis
Skills
Required: Successfully complete training and onboarding within the assigned area
Preferred:
Special Skills
Required: Experienced in Microsoft Excel
Preferred: Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Other
Required: Experience in data visualization
Preferred: Advanced in Data Visualization, SQL, R-Programming, Tableau, DAX
