Responsibilities
The Revenue Integrity Manager coordinates directly with the Directors of Revenue Cycle Management (Pre-Bill & Post-Bill) to achieve the goals of the organization. This position initiates, monitors and oversees efforts within assigned functional areas of revenue cycle including the Reimbursement Coding, Revenue Integrity, Charge Corrections and Quality Assurance teams. Uses and manipulates data to analyze all aspects of the revenue cycle including fee schedule review and maintenance, charge capture, denials, and performance to target. Oversees the development and maintenance of system billing advisories, charge rules and claim edits. Directs Specialty Department audits in collaboration with the Coding Improvement department which provides physician education. Collaborates with other revenue cycle leaders and stakeholders to identify and reduce net revenue leakage. Establishes and maintains a positive and effective team environment and gives direction and feedback to assigned staff. Develops and implements standards, policies and procedures. Maintains open, effective communications within the management team, staff, providers and patients. Responsible for providing insightful reports and analysis. Exhibits exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Demonstrates maturity to withstand pressure that may arise and displays flexibility and adapts to changing conditions.

Salary Range: $83,408 – $103,043 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience
Required: 7+ years of experience in professional revenue cycle with 5+ years of supervisory experience in designated field. Familiar with revenue cycle components (CPT, ICD 10, HCPCS, medical terminology, claims, EOB, etc.) Working knowledge of commercial insurance and CMS, including rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Preferred: 10+ years of experience in designated supervision field with 8+ years or more supervision responsibilities. EPIC experience.
