Responsibilities
As Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will consult and guide organizational change initiatives that drive business outcomes, including agile transformation, cultural change programs, behavioral change journeys, innovation and digitization, organizational (re)design, etc. You will provide crucial leadership to Kelsey-Seybold to ensure all stakeholders have the awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement necessary for sustainable change. Moreover, you will work with all levels of the organization to create and execute compelling change strategies, including communications and engagement and training, working in close collaboration with key departments such as HR, Training, PMO, Strategic Planning and Operations. This role will independently lead small to medium size change initiatives, as well as work in concert with other change team members on large change initiatives.

Salary Range: $119k – 148k (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Marketing/Communications or Psychology
Experience
Required: 7 years progressive experience in organizational change management, marketing communications, project management and/or organizational development
• 3 years progressive experience with a strategic consulting firm in change management
• 5+ years of management experience
Preferred: Healthcare and/or strategic consulting firm experience
Experience working within a marketing communications agency or in-house marketing communications team

Special Skills
Required: – Experience leading, executing and/or collaborating with key elements of the OCM function, including Communications, Engagement, Project Management, Training, Project Management and Learning Design.
– Skilled writer with experience writing for varied audiences
– Excellent verbal communication skills, including presenting
– Excellent project management skills to ensure in-scope, timely, on-budget completion.
Preferred: Certification in change management process, such as ProSci
Experience working with both large companies known for “best in class” change management practices and with smaller, more entrepreneurial organizations
Other
Required: Strategic mindset while executing with excellence.
Displays a record of proactively identifying and solving issues.
Influence, collaborate and facilitate desired outcomes with all stakeholders.
Preferred: Executive/leadership coaching certification from an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited program
