The Compliance Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for supporting all aspects of the compliance program with focus on Provider & Clinical Operations compliance program administration. This position will be supporting Kelsey-Seybold Medical Group and other businesses and has responsibility for managing the implementation of the Compliance Program. The Compliance Manager’s general duties and responsibilities implementing systems, processes and policies designed to ensure compliance with Federal healthcare program requirements at the medical group.

Salary Range: $97,219.20 to $120,099.20 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

 

Qualifications:

 

Education

 

Required: Bachelor’s Degree

 

Preferred: Advanced Degree (Masters, MHA)

 

Experience

 

Required: 7 years in provider / clinical / hospital operations and compliance, 5+ years of management experience

 

Preferred:

 

9 years of Compliance experience

 

License(s)

 

Preferred: Certified in Healthcare Compliance, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional

 

Other

 

Required: Proficient in MS office products,
