Responsibilities
The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, maintenance, and administration of all systems in the Human Resources department. Will also assist with the implementation of new processes. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and communicating performance results and analytics via business intelligence (BI) platforms to standardize reporting, dashboards, and analytics for the HR organization. Including conducting audits.
The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing reporting capability and functionality that enable all levels of management to understand key trends throughout the business.

Salary Range: $68,827-$85,030 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
