The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, maintenance, and administration of all systems in the Human Resources department. Will also assist with the implementation of new processes. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and communicating performance results and analytics via business intelligence (BI) platforms to standardize reporting, dashboards, and analytics for the HR organization. Including conducting audits.

Salary Range: $68,827-$85,030 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
2+ years of experience in any area of Human Resources
2+ years of complex reporting experience
Exceptionally detail oriented.
Highly analytical with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees / management.
Working Environment: Hybrid
