HRIS Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the HRIS department focusing on service delivery, system and data integrity, reporting and analytics, business processes, and data security. This role will work closely with their team, other functions, and end users to research and analyze key data in support of those functions and business activities. The HRIS Supervisor provides strategic, tactical and day–to-day support for HRIS initiatives. The HRIS Supervisor position will play a key role in the transformation and implementation new HR platforms.

Salary Range: $89,706.40 – $117,739.65 (Salary determined by applicable experience)
Qualifications:
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in HR related field
Experience
Required:
5 or more years of HRIS experience in professional HR environment with a minimum of 2 years in a lead capacity OR 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience with at least 2 years of senior or lead HRIS experience
License(s)
Preferred: PHR certification preferred
Special Skills
Required: Excellent analytical and technical skills including expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Business analytics systems for analyzing and visualizing data Must have HRIS application administration experience
Preferred: Power BI Capability, Project management skills
Other
Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills Functional knowledge of Human Resources business processes and subject matter expertise in multiple HCM modules Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Ability to multi-task, meet strict deadlines, solve problems, and work well under pressure.
