This position schedules, confirms and cancels appointments and answer calls from answering service customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner. Additional responsibilities include coordinating the collaboration between KSC internal partners; interfacing daily with internal and external providers both and facilitating communications between patients and providers. Also, resolves patient issues utilizing identified resources, provides comprehensive service to facilitate a resolution for any caller request and provides support and backup to HSR I. Acquires and maintains computer skills to effectively utilize applicable software.

Salary Range: $41,059.20 to $50,710.40 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Required: High school diploma
1 year of Kelsey-Seybold Contact Center experience in a HSR I role. OR 6 months of Kelsey-Seybold Contact Center experience in a HSR I role with demonstrated service excellence equaling a 4.5 or higher overall scorecard metric.
Required: Successfully complete training and onboarding within the assigned area.
Required: Critical Thinking Skills
Required: Ability to speak write and understand the English language
Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish ability to translate both written and verbal communication.
Working Environment: Office
