Responsibilities
This position is responsible for receipt and processing of KelseyCare Advantage enrollment applications for the various health plan product
lines. Responds to incoming calls from members, the clinic or other health plan representatives and may initiate outgoing calls to verify
enrollment status. This position is responsible for analyzing eligibility media, utilizing various system applications/databases, processing
incoming files, working edits for 100,000(+) managed care members. Responsible for maintaining the enrollment integrity of the EPIC and
Health Plan Enrollment systems.

Salary Range: $41,059.00 – $50,710.00 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
Preferred: Some college or technical school
Experience
Required: 1-3 years Healthcare Industry or 6 months experience working in KelseyCare Advantage Sales
Preferred: 1-2 years background in enrollment and/or reconciliation. Prior experience Customer Service in Healthcare Industry
License(s)

Preferred: Experience with CMS and/or Knowledge Medicare Advantage enrollment process.
Special Skills
Required: Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills. 3-5 years computer, with exposure to various applications to include: MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook

Required: Ability to read and interpret technical reports. Query reports and provide feedback to appropriate personnel. Be flexible, able to work overtime as
needed. Detail oriented, and work with minimum supervision to meet strict deadlines.
