Responsibilities
Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of application development, workflow analysis, build, design, testing, interface knowledge and programming activities. Under general direction, formulates/defines system scope and objectives. Able to work individually, on a team or project teams and can multi-task. May be responsible for completion of a phase of a project or responsible for leading and completing a project. Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts. Works with business owners, physicians, clinicians, stakeholders, and IT personnel to assess and develop best practice models. May support implementation and upgrades to custom built applications. Provide weekly status updates on project(s) progress.

Salary Range: $90,932 – $112,318 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of equivalent relevant work experience
Preferred: Masters
Experience
Required: Minimum 3 years experience (IT/Marketing/UI/UX) in gathering requirement for patient facing applications.

Passion for excellent patient/customer experience and the role that technology plays in shaping that experience
Strong attention to detail, project management and technical skills. Familiarity with an Agile-based product development environment.
Resourcefulness. Ability to dig for and collect information, build a story from the research, and present that story in a persuasive way
Data-driven. Ability to interpret data, glean insights, and present insights to leadership.
Proven communication and relationship-building skills required (in-person and virtual)
Epic experience preferred but not required.
Willingness to obtain Epic MyChart and Cadence certification or proficiency badge as needed
Excellent written communication skills
Preferred: Supervisory and performance management experience; Complex project management experience with demonstrably successful outcome
Other
