The Corporate Accounts Specialist is responsible for the account management of Kelsey-Seybold Corporate Clients. Their duties include data entry, scheduling immunizations, drug screens and physical exams, servicing workers compensation inquiries and appointments, and assisting with billing inquiries regarding monthly and quarterly invoicing. The Corporate Accounts Specialist will also provide support to the clinic and departmental supervisor with entering EPIC orders and creating Microsoft documents to communicate corporate service needs to all necessary clinic and administrative personnel.

Job Type:  Full Time

Salary Range:  $41,059.20 to $50,710.40 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

 

Qualifications

 

Education

 

Required: High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution with some college credit hours from an accredited college or university.

 

Preferred: Associates Degree in Healthcare/Business Administration or higher.

 

Experience

 

Required: 3 to 5 years customer service experience/ training. Minimum 1-2-year experience as administrative assistant or related job function. Experience in the healthcare industry involving interaction with physicians, patients, etc.

 

Preferred: Previous experience at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in an appointment scheduler position. Previous experiencing in servicing business related accounts Minimum 1-year healthcare experience.

 

Special Skills

 

Required: Critical thinking and communication skills. Detail oriented and organized. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products.

 

Preferred: Medical Terminology.

 

Other

 

Required: Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Preferred: Working knowledge of business software. Good analytical and mathematical ability. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives.
