Responsibilities
The Clinical Educator is responsible for the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs to meet the educational needs of nursing services and the professional development of nursing staff.

Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $85,550 – $105,685 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: RN & BSN
Preferred: Masters in nursing or education
Experience
Required: 3 years clinical experience, experience in education
Preferred: KSC experience or ambulatory care experience
License(s)
Required: Valid and current RN license, Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
Preferred: BLS instructor, ACLS or PALS issued by the American Heart Association
Special Skills
Required: Clinical expert in core skills
Preferred: Clinical expert in advanced skills
Other
Required: Experience in patient or staff education. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Windows based computer skills.
Preferred: Experienced educator, CRT experience, and program development skills. Experience in creating an approved nurse continuing education program.
