Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist

Salary Range: $41,059 – $50,710 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree
Experience
Required: 3 to 5 years general administrative experience and 2 years experience in a medical office environment OR 1 year previous KSC experience in a position similar to but not limited to DSS II, MA/CMA or Member Services Rep
Preferred: Ability to speak/understand Spanish; CPT/ICD 9 Coding.

Special Skills
Required: Basic math ability. Alpha/Numeric Forms Completion. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. PC Experience, Ability to prioritize. Knowledge of medical terminology. Must possess organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred: Typing skills 55 WPM with 5 or fewer errors. 10 key by touch.

Required: Successful completion of the EPIC clinical training modules
