Responsibilities
The Broker Relationship Manager will operate as a payer-agnostic agent of Kelsey-Seybold Medical Group. Acting as a liaison between clinic operations and FMOs, General and Independent Agents, providing education, insight as well as being a go-to concierge resource for general resolution to patient onboarding. The position will support Kelsey-Seybold’s model of value-based care and reputation putting needs of patients first.
The Broker Relationship Manager is part of our growth team and responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with health plan brokers and agencies with a focus on aligning prospective patients with the value-based care model offered through multi-disciplinary provider practice.

Salary Range: $89,148.80 – $110,115.20 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
