Eligibility is NOT defined by hire date. \nMaintenance Technician – Main Campus\, Clear Lake\, Pearland locations\nRequires a high school diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in commercial or\nmedical office building maintenance and repair. \nFacilities Chief Engineer- Clear Lake location\nRequires a 2-year degree from a college or trade school equivalent in-depth\nspecialized training program that is related to centralized building mechanical\noperating systems.
